  1. Kate, This is an awesome interview and very enlightening. For some reason; which I will now be exploring further (thank you both for this), I am rarely able to remember my dreams and will start capturing what I can in a journal, beginning tonight, and thinking with intent before nodding off for the evening. Thank you for introducing us to Dr Cara and for your continuing commitment to my (our) learning.

Jospeh, thank you so much for watching and commenting 🙂 I noticed that I began remembering my dreams once I started a journal, so I am sure you will too. Good luck!

Another great interview. Thank you so much for sharing it with us. Loved your question on options beyond ‘meditation’. And the topic of dreams, wonderful! I’m almost positive I get a lot of information from mine, but still haven’t made a routine out of looking deeper. Beginning with an intent and following up with routine entries sounds like a wonderful idea. Thanks again for sharing these wonderful interviews.

    • Kate says:

So glad you enjoyed this, Cher! If you start a dream journal, you may notice that you start having (or at least remembering) more dreams. Its actually kind of crazy how it happens! Good luck 🙂
