Thanks, Kate! Please keep reminding us to go within. There is so much more out there distracting us to the outside, we need those reminders. That theme even came around in your summary: eliminate distractions so we can focus. ❤?

You are so right, Teleari! There are countless distractions – TV, chores, hobbies, music, people – I often forget to go within myself, so your comment has in fact reminded me to go within as well 🙂

Hi Kate! Always love your weekly messages. Thank you so much for sharing yourself, with all of us!!!
A few months back, we sold our house, moved back to our chosen “home” state and have been searching for another home to put down “roots”. And nothing is
coming up in our price range….. hence, 4 of Cups!
Yesterday, a lovely older home came onto the market! Do we purchase or not? (the 2 or Swords) Today, we are going to make an appointment to see if this is where we are being guided. And then the third card pulled, the Knight of Swords? hmmm Just maybe, we’ll be busy organizing a move again by the weekend! I sure hope so. lol
Thanks again Kate – You are the BEST!!
    Blessings, Colleen

Thanks for sharing this Colleen – eerily enough I am in the SAME dilemma! Have been looking to buy a house for three years and a gorgeous older home has come on the market that I feel torn over getting. It has some issues (as all older homes do). I’ll be curious to see how this plays out for you! Good luck 🙂

      • Colleen says:

Ahhh, the best of luck to you in purchasing your treasured home!
Yesterday, we walked through this cute home, 30 yrs old; however, the last owners , 11 of those years, just used it up. It’s sad because we’re not in a position, financially, to bring the house back as the beauty it had been in the past. So we’re walking away. 🙁
But the Knight of Swords? A mental/verbal/rescuer card. hmm
I did state, strongly, (which isn’t normally me!) a small bit of my displeasure to Seller’s Realtor of her (& owners) DECEPTION of the house. This is a new experience for me…..deception isn’t in my being – and disappointing to see people live that way.
Anyway, we’ll be Guided where we are suppose to live – so eyes are wide open! Lol
All the Best to you…..keep me posted; would love to hear about your treasured home. Sending love & prayers your way.

        • Kate says:

Oh, too bad about the house. That’s so disappointing. I also chose to walk away from the house I was considering. It needed rewiring and since its plaster walls the plaster would probably need to be cut, which would ruin them and there was a good chance there was asbestos in the insulation and plaster. It just seemed like a potential nightmare. Plus, it was on a really busy road and there was tons of traffic noise. So it’s back to the drawing board!
Keep me posted, Colleen – I hope both of us find a new home soon 🙂

          • Colleen says:

Hi Kate! Disappointing news from you too! Sorry to hear you are walking away; but sounds like the best move for both of us right now. And I do believe, when we find our homes, we will know immediately! They’ll just shine into our hearts. ;D
When the time is right, your house will open up. (Another belief of mine!). Keep the faith… You will be Blessed with the perfect home!
Many Thanks to and for YOU and your kind heart; it’s much appreciated! All the best to you, c

Hi Kate 🙂 oh my goodness I love this deck! Adding it to my wish list!

The girl stuck on island with her head in her hands is how I felt waking up today and I went back to sleep for an hour!

The middle card for me looks like back off and stay out of my path (way) until I figure out which one I’m taking! (Of course that might be because of the way I’m feeling about a situation right now:)

Looking at all the cards I feel like the knight has turned his back on the “issue” at hand wether it’s solved or not and has decided to look ahead without any reservations! hah maybe that’s what I need to do! 🙂

    Great reading!
